To check the actual quality of fabrics, we put into practice some specific production steps, related to the inspection of the finished.
After agreeing on the control parameters with our customers and defining the various processes to be effcarried out, the fabric rolls are picked up by our warehousemen who will check the items contained in the transport Bills of Lading. After the customer has given arrangements for the tests and processing to be effected, pre-testing is started (i.e., removing fabric pulls, from each individual piece, where all the required tests and checks will be effected).
After finding that the quality, color and appearance are in accordance with the master (reference sample) the fabric rolls are inspected on our speculae. Checking of meters, usable height, weight and quality will be carried out, reporting any defects. Depending on the general defectiveness, the patch may or may not be approved according to the standards and specifications agreed with customers.
After generating the test reports of the tests requested by the customer, our back-office communicates with the customer by reporting the outcome of the inspection, through a summary document called a packing list. Any issues regarding appearance color defect weight hand test laboratory etc. will be transferred to the customer.
Once we receive confirmation from the customer for shipment we will package the fabric rolls and, under the customer’s arrangement, ship them.
Our processes include: trimming, darning and yarn defect inspection.
